POSTPARTUM CARE PACKAGE
After birth, you’ll experience a range of physical and emotional changes, and having a postpartum doula can make a big difference. You'll receive help with infant care, household tasks, meal prep, allowing you time to rest and recover. Your doula will listen non-judgmentally to your birth experience, support you through emotional shifts, and guide you in baby soothing techniques. You’ll also receive education on breastfeeding, mental health, baby care, and safe sleep practices, helping you bond with your baby while gaining confidence as a parent.
Includes:
Free consultation
Prenatal postpartum planning session
40 hours of care across the first 4-12 weeks of postpartum. Day (4 hour minimum) & night shifts (8 hour minimum) are discussed based on the needs of you and your family
Access to evidence-based education and resources
Additional hours available upon request at $38/hour
